Kwu Tung Welfare Centre > Former Macintosh Fort Ma Tso Lung > Ho Sheung Heung

*First visit the Grade II historic building, the Former Macintosh Fort Ma Tso Lung, to enjoy the sunset view. The fish pond at the border is like a palette. It is rich in ecology and a paradise for birds to forage for food;

Go to Ho Sheung Heung to explore the ecology and local culture. Before the end of the trip, there are optional, paid activities such as a taste of freshly baked tofu, soy milk and other products from the local tofu factory.

Notes for applicants/participants:

1) Suitable for hikers: This activity will include short mountain trails with a certain degree of difficulty. You will also visit the field in the Ho Sheung Heung, which requires good physical strength. Participants should pay attention to your body conditions, have adequate preparation, rest and sleep beforehand.

2) Wear appropriate and comfortable hiking clothes, non-slip hiking shoes or sneakers, bring a windproof jacket and rain gear; if necessary, you can bring your hiking poles or other hiking equipment;
